Danielle started her fitness career in 2010, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor. In 2013, she began her Lagree journey with Sebastien in Hollywood, CA, and has dedicated her career to leading sessions in the method on the Mega, in places as San Diego, the San Francisco Bay Area, and internationally. She has also taught Indoor Cycling, Boxing, TRX® Suspension & Sports Medicine, and she has received credentials in Vinyasa Flow & Restorative Yoga, and Pilates Method.
She currently resides in Bozeman, MT, where she opened HELSE in 2018 – the first studio to bring the magic of the Lagree method to her home state. She continues to teach weekly sessions while empowering and leading the incredible team at her studio. In classes, she believes that the combination of challenge, programming, laughs, energy, movement – and deep beats – can become naturally addictive for all and fuel personal growth. Through Lagree, whether it be teaching or taking a class, we gain a deep connection to our bodies, our own potential, and the self-awareness to know that anything is possible!
Danielle was teaching strength and core conditioning classes in San Diego when a fellow colleague invited her to check out a Lagree class in La Jolla, CA. All it took was the first 30 seconds of a Wheelbarrow and Lunge to recognize the genius of this unparalleled method. Danielle loves the deep understanding of the differences between workout modalities, methodology, and why it is important for people to know. She believes there is nothing as efficient and effective as Lagree, where a single trainer can impact so many people’s lives, keep people safe, and facilitate the growth of their physical fitness in mind-body AND individual health goals in a class together!
Her thirst for knowledge has continuously reinforced and fueled her deep passion to educate, motivate, and inspire others. She became a TBMM-Corrective Exercise Specialist in 2021 and is honored to be able to further share all the magic that is Lagree, her education, and is now a Master Trainer for Lagree Fitness. Meet YOU on the Mega for an incredibly “shaky” session!

As a child Breena played just about every sport there was, and after much experimentation, she landed on competitive water polo. After moving to Montana and her water polo adventure being over, she tried many activities to satiate the desire for a difficult workout that would blow off some steam. Breena believes in the power of working out to benefit not only the body, but mental and spiritual health.
In 2019 she found Lagree and has never looked back! After years of practicing, she became an instructor in 2023. Her classes are lighthearted and always a challenge! When not on the Mega, Breena enjoys being with her fiancé and dog enjoying the great outdoors, as well as playing ice hockey and (attempting!) to barrel race. Breena is sure to motivate and facilitate clients to that infamous Lagree sweat and shake!

Originally from Michigan, Kate made the exciting move to Montana in spring 2023. Kate has been active her whole life, exploring a variety of sports while growing up—if it involved a ball, she probably played it! Searching for a workout that was both effective and fun (and let’s face it, who wants to just lift weights?), she stumbled upon Lagree and finally found the magic formula. After seeing her fitness transform like never before, she knew this was something she wanted to share with others. In 2024, Kate officially became Lagree-certified and is bursting with excitement to help you feel the burn, shake it out, and laugh a little along the way. Get ready for a workout experience that’s as entertaining as it is challenging—because if you’re not having fun, what’s the point?
When she's not on the mega, you can find Kate taking advantage of all the beauty and adventure Montana has to offer. Whether it's hiking, fishing, camping, or skiing, her trusty (and furry) sidekick Stella is sure to be close by!

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Cindy traded palm trees for powder when she and her husband moved to Big Sky, where they spent four years skiing and soaking up mountain life. In 2025, they settled in Bozeman, and she couldn’t be happier to call Montana home.
Growing up as both a cheerleader and a lacrosse player, Cindy has always thrived in environments that combine strength, rhythm, and community. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Lagree truly stole her heart. After just a few sessions, she was hooked by the intensity and full-body transformation the method delivers. In September 2025, Cindy officially became Lagree-certified and is thrilled to bring her energy and passion to the Mega.
When she’s not on the Megaformer, you can find Cindy stretching at home on her Pilates reformer or exploring trails on her mountain bike. Equal parts corporate graphic designer and Lagree lover, she’s proof that balance is the ultimate power move. She truly believes “the best time to take action was yesterday, the second best time is today”.

Originally from Yakima, Washington, Hanna has been passionate about movement for as long as she can remember. She began dancing at the age of three and continued for more than twenty years, including dancing in college. In addition to dance, Hanna grew up participating in a variety of sports and began skiing in second grade, which sparked her lifelong love for the mountains.
After years of intense training and multiple injuries, Hanna developed a deep appreciation for intentional and restorative movement. She has explored many styles of fitness over the years, including bodybuilding, Pilates, yoga, cycling, running, and swimming. Through all of these experiences, Lagree has been the most transformative. The method has helped her rebuild strength in her knee, improve ankle and wrist mobility, and find a deeper balance between challenge and control. Hanna enjoys helping others feel like their best selves and is especially passionate about working with clients who are recovering from injuries or dealing with ongoing mobility challenges.
Hanna graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Design and Innovation Management and a minor in Marketing. During her time at Oregon State, she was a member of the Oregon State Dance Team and Alpha Phi. In 2025, she moved to Bozeman to pursue her Master’s in Innovation and Management at Montana State University. Since arriving in August, Hanna has fallen in love with Bozeman’s natural beauty, wellness-centered community, and vibrant energy.
When not in the studio, Hanna loves making tacos, baking, skiing, long walks, and researching fashion. She is so excited to connect with the HELSE community and help clients feel strong, confident, and inspired through movement!
