  • Our classes are truly unique, so be prepared to be open to learning and patient. We promise, you've never done a workout like this!

    Our trainers will give you the tools to adapt & progress your sessions based on your ability in a group setting. Be patient and consistent.

    Must be 18 yrs or older, and if you have any health conditions or major injuries please seek approval from your doctor before taking class.

  • Depending upon your current fitness level and the intensity of your workouts, you may need more or less time to recover. We recommend taking Lagree classes 3-4 times a week with rest day between to achieve optimal results (thats just 2.5hrs/week). Remember, your muscles and body can't change without rest and time for muscles to rebuild. Everybody is different, start where you are and build from there.

  • Comfortable, breathable workout clothes that allow full range of motion. You will sweat!

    Grip socks are required for your safety and sanitary reasons. If you don't have any, we have you covered and can purchase at the studio.

    A reusable water bottle that you can fill at our water station. Bottled water is available for purchase.

    Doors close at start of class. Please make time to arrive early as late arrivals are not permitted. New Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes early for an introduction to the Megaformer for safety and a great first session.

  • Lagree fitness classes are a HIGH intensity core workout. Safety of expecting mothers and child is top priority.

    If an expecting mother has not been taking classes at Helse studio prior to preganancy, group class participation is not permitted.

    We do offer private training sessions tailored to provide a safe and moderate intensity workout on the Megaformer via guidelines from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Contact the studio to learn more about the benefits of exercise and working with our team through this important life event to support you!

  • Although our classes are challenging, we are here to support you in a fun and non-judgemental atmosphere. We are all different, everyday is different, and we are committed to respecting this all while providing motivation as a catalyst for change. The Megaformer was specifically designed for group classes! As Women's Health Magazine recommends, give yourself at least 5-10 classes to start nailing this method.

    Class is limited to only 8 participants. We do not share equipment in classes.

  • Because we know what it’s like to be on a waitlist and you need time in order to plan on attending, the waitlist is a great tool to get into sessions that are currently full.

    Add yourself to waitlist (system will let you know what # spot you are).

    If next on the waitlist and a spot opens up more than 13 hrs out, you will receive confirmation and automatically be added into the class.

    Unless you receive confirmation 13 hours prior to you will not be pulled off the waitlist and expected to show up on short notice.

    Didn’t make it off the waitlist and craving those amazing shakes, just check online the day of, you might be able to grab a last minute spot that has opened up!

  • Reservations help keep you accountable to your goals and we are in the business of your Health /HELSE/ in mind! Please understand that when signed up for a class, you are reserving a machine. If you fail to show up or late cancel, that prohibits another client from being able to book or plan on attending. Thank you for respecting other members, training staff, and understanding.

    Cancellation Policy

    All class cancellations must be done online and thanks to technology, it's easy to do 24 hrs a day at your fingertips with our Custom APP (HELSE Studios)

    Cancel a reserved session for any reason without penalty up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. A cancellation less than 12 hours will result in a $15 fee. Clients with packages & limited auto pay (4,8 & 12x) will forfeit that session from their package.

    A No Show without cancelling will result in a $20 fee for all reservations. Sorry, no exceptions.

    Terms and Conditions

    Limit one (1) class per day on Monthly packages. 4, 8 & 12 sessions per month classes do not roll over. New Client Intro Offers - (First Class) 15 day expiration from purchase & (Intro Month) 30 day expiration from date of first class reserved. Auto-pay Contracts will automatically renew each month and for another contract term until cancelled. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please check our online class schedule.

    All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. A valid credit card is required for all accounts.

    Need to change or cancel an auto-renew membership, it's simple. Please notify studio in writing by email 10 days prior to the renewal date at info@helsestudios.com. AutoPay cancellations prior to end of contract period are subject to an early cancellation of fee of $100 for all 3 month commitment plans.

    We also offer suspensions for AutoPay Plans for a $30 fee. Must be requested via email in advance:

Taking your first class? Welcome to HELSE!

Here’s a bit more about taking your first class and studio etiquette.

  • Reservation only. Walk-ins will not be permitted at this time even with existing account. At start of class, late arrivals will no be permitted. Doors open 15 mins prior to class start.

    First Class Reservations: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time with an existing reservation so that the trainer can provide an orientation of the studio, machine, and take care of you before class time start. If you are late, you will not be able to take class and will need to sign up for another session. Sorry, no exceptions.

  • Existing Reservations: Please plan ahead and arrive on time (10 minutes early) An existing reservation may be given away to standby members at the start of class.

  • Late Arrival Policy: To honor our training staff, your practice, fellow participants, and safety for everyone, at class start late entry is not permitted. Doors lock at class start. Please make time to arrive early and your cooperation to ensure an amazing session for everyone. Thank you!
