This MEGA specialty class is designed with a core and upper body focus. All the heart pumping full body core, oblique, and arm work we love with a dash of legs this 40 minute class. A great class to give the legs a day off and increase core and upper body strength.

MEGA STRETCH & ABS

This 50 minute class is time to give yourself some TLC. Utilizing the patented Megaformer, this class provides 10 minutes of core activation & 40 minutes of total body stretch & recovery. Come in and give your mind and body that yummy love it deserves!

MEGA ABS & BOOTY

This MEGA speciality class is all about the abs and ass. All the heart pumping full body core, oblique we love with a lower body emphasis on the Glutes in the 40 minute burner! We recommend starting with some Total Body classes to have a basic understanding of the method, machine, and fundamental exercises to get the most out of this class.
