“As a health and fitness junkie, former collegiate track and field athlete, and soon-to-be a physical therapist, I hit the jackpot finding HELSE Lagree in Bozeman. When people ask me to describe Lagree, well, it’s complicated. It’s intense, yet low impact. It’s only 45 minutes, yet a full body workout. It burns my core while I’m performing an “arm” or “leg” exercise. After playing sports for 10 plus years, I guess I got addicted to the endorphins, and now rarely miss a day. But, never have I found something more effective than Lagree. It combines everything you could possibly want into one session. Seriously. Cardiovascular benefits, muscle strengthening, short time frame, high intensity, LOW impact. Anyone can do this workout. It’s sustainable-- something you can do for a lifetime. It will keep you training through injuries, help you become a better runner, biker, skier, hiker, you name it.

I love the challenge that faces me each time I come to class. Even on the days I am dragging, there is something about the environment that invites me to push myself. Not to mention the staff is TOP NOTCH. They all have a little different style, which allows you to find someone who you work well with and who motivates you. I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to truly master this method. There is always something you improve on or make more challenging. However, this mental and physical challenge allows me to leave the studio thinking “If I could get through this-- I can do anything!” I have never gained strength so quickly and truly feel like I am in some of the best shape of my life due to Lagree.  

If you want to improve your health, are tired of vanilla workouts, or want to see some FAST change-- you can’t sign up fast enough. Give it a few classes, be patient through the learning curve, and you will see for yourself the infallible results. I have had the opportunity to get to know the owners of HELSE, and have been blown away by the BIG amount of heart behind this little small business in our community. They are there for you. They want to improve your quality of life, make you a better/stronger person, and create lasting health impacts. 100 stars out of ten. This studio is an absolute MUST.”

“As a teenager I was a gymnast and dancer, and I played sports. Until childbirth, I was slim, fit and never above 120 lbs. After childbirth, the weight never dropped below 130lbs and over time, the muscles softened.

5 years ago, I was thrown from my horse, broke my back (T12, L1-4) and many, many other bones. The trauma center doctors said that I would never walk again. Miracles do happen. I walked out of that hospital.

It took two wake up calls to push me into action….

“First things first: Danielle is literally a Lagree Legend in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has helped so many people with their fitness and movement form, not to mention helped instructors level up their classes, it's ridiculous. Nearly every Lagree studio owner has trained with her or at least knows of her out here.

I personally started taking Danielle's classes after recovering from a major surgery. I was dealing with daily persistent headache and thought maybe getting in better shape would help. I tried going back to yoga but couldn't deal with the constant inversions of simple down dog position.

Danielle's Lagree Fitness classes were just what I needed. They were extremely low-impact, but also ridiculously challenging. After my first class, I was drenched in sweat and just sat on the stairs for 15 minutes, my tired muscles trembling. At first I could only withstand one class per week, but I eventually worked my way up to 3 classes per week. Over a few months, I lost 30 lbs (without changing my diet at all! Of course YMMV).

As the months went on, I brought along friends, and everyone commented on how great Danielle's classes were. She put together moves that were challenging but doable, and offered variations that would allow you to push yourself harder when you were feeling stronger or dial it back if you were tired. Her classes had a great flow so you spent a minimal amount of time changing springs or moving from the front of the machine to the back, and maximum amount of time working -- for an unequivocally efficient workout.

That was nearly three years ago. For anyone wondering, I think getting in better shape did help my headaches lessen in intensity and frequency. We were all so sad when Danielle moved, but excited for Montana to have such an incredible method brought to them and can't wait to see her transform her clients' bodies and lives!”
